• I can't help you if you don't give me full details of what you want, i.e. size, colour, style etc. If you're unsure of anything then just put as much detail in as possible.

• Please always send me a telephone number so I can make quick contact if needed.

• I can't do catalogues or brochures. I have too many different suppliers and the stock levels change daily so I couldn't make up a useful brochure or catalogue. Where possible I put the full contents of any of our suppliers brochure on my own site for your perusal. This is especially so with the Ann Balon collection. If however you can't access all the pictures on the website, or need to show them to someone who doesn't have internet access I can send out a disc of as many pictures as we have on the site plus more from some of our suppliers that I haven't got on the site. • If you've seen something on our website, or any other site that you want to enquire about then try and copy the picture into the email to avoid any misinterpretation. The best way to do this is right click on the picture, copy, and then right click and paste it into your mail.

• I don't do email pricing. We are always keen to offer the best possible price for any given outfit and are generally more than competitive with any other shop but will only discuss prices by phone or in person at the shop. This is purely to safeguard us against our suppliers complaints of price cutting ( which should give you a clue). • I try and reply to every email within a working day. If I miss you out on this and you need a quick response please call the shop. Obviously I can't answer mail if I'm away from home for any reason.

Sorry to be long winded but I get so many emails that are lacking in detail that I can't respond to in any sensible manner. This all makes for delays and misinterpretation which is in everyone's interests to avoid.
